FAQs and Shipping Policy

How much will shipping cost?

You can calculate your shipping by adding the desired items to your cart, filling out your personal information and address and clicking next. Your shipping options will be displayed along with the cost. Please note that shipping and checkout are in CAD which is Canadian dollars.

Processing

Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. In times of a high volume of orders 2-5 business days may be needed. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only. Please keep this in mind if needing a package early in the week. For example, an order confirmed on Friday afternoon may not be sent out until Monday or Tuesday of the following week as the cut off for the 2 pm for DHL and 4pm EST for Canada Post, Monday- Friday. You will receive an email when your shipment has been processed.

 14 days hold Time after that a refund will not be given and products will be added back into inventory

Where Is My Order?

When your order has been shipped you will receive an email (if you have provided an email address - please double check that you've entered the correct email address) with your tracking number.

Damaged or Defective Product

Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective please contact us at icedlashes@hotmail.com within 72 hours to initiate a return. Pictures of the damaged or defective item will help to expedite the process. A damaged parcel report will be opened with the postal service if needed.
