However, should any issues arise, we are always here to assist and can liaise with the shipping provider on your behalf.Currently, we offer shipping services exclusively through Canada Post. While it's important to note that Canada Post shipments may take a bit longer, it is a cost-effective option.Our orders are dispatched and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Shipping costs can be calculated after checkout. For orders originating outside of Canada, there may be additional fees. We provide tracking information for all packages via email. Please ensure that someone is available to accept the package in person, as we cannot be held liable for missing packages. For orders valued over $250, a direct signature is required. If customers wish to waive the signature requirement, please be aware that Iced Lashes cannot assume responsibility for any stolen packages upon delivery or for any weather-related damage, such as freezing, if a signature is not mandated.While we cannot be held responsible for missing packages, please know that we are dedicated to working closely with our shipping provider to facilitate missing package investigations. All orders sent to a PO BOX will be shipped via Canada Post.
Express Shipping Info
Express shipments are designed to reach you on the next business day following order processing and Canada Post pickup, depending on your location. It's crucial to emphasize that this service is not synonymous with same-day shipping. Please bear in mind that these delivery times are not guaranteed and might experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as internal server errors, inclement weather, and other unexpected conditions.
At Iced Lashes, we process orders in the sequence they are received. Opting for Overnight shipping does not accelerate the processing of your order. It remains in the queue with others in chronological order.
Additionally, it's important to note that orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, contingent upon product availability. However, please be aware that during peak periods or when a high volume of orders is received, processing may extend to 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following available business day.
Following order processing, transit time varies, spanning anywhere from 1 to 12 business days. This variation is influenced by your chosen shipping address and the selected method of shipment. Please keep in mind that unforeseen circumstances, such as internal server errors, inclement weather, and other unexpected conditions, may lead to shipping delays.
You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your goods are shipped.
Please be aware that the transit time starts counting only once your package departs from the shipping carrier's facility and excludes weekends and holidays.
In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed at the post office and is returned to Iced Lashes, the item will be re-shipped, and all shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued in such cases.
It's important to be aware that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated charges incurred by Iced Lashes due to the actions of the carrier will also be billed to the customer.
Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be re-shipped to the buyer once the shipping invoice has been settled. If unauthorized returns are received and the return shipping fee isn't paid within 3 business days, the products will be disposed of, and Iced Lashes will not be held accountable.
Return Policy and Procedure
Iced Lashes maintains a strict no-returns policy, primarily due to the inherent nature of our products, which cannot be restocked once they have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons. If you desire an exchange for a product, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review our exchange policy and then contact us at email@example.com to elaborate on the reasons for your request.
For exchanges, all items may be swapped for an alternative product of equal or lesser value, or you can opt for a store credit. It is important to note that customers are responsible for covering ALL associated shipping fees.
In cases where an entire order is returned and free shipping was previously applied, this fee will be deducted from the store credit.
Please keep in mind that unauthorized returns will not be processed and will be re-shipped to the buyer once the shipping invoice has been satisfied. If unauthorized returns are received and the return shipping fee isn't paid within 3 business days, the products will be disposed of, and Iced Lashes will not be held accountable.
Lost , Damaged or Stolen Packages
Iced Lashes does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged orders. In cases of missing or damaged packages, we will take the necessary steps to open an investigation with the carrier provider on your behalf, aiming to resolve the issue. We strongly recommend that you are present to receive all packages, ensuring their safe and secure delivery.
Wholesale Orders, Training Courses and Sale Items
For Wholesale Orders, in accordance with our Wholesale Agreement, please be aware that they are considered FINAL sale.
Regarding Training Courses, we do not provide refunds. However, we offer the flexibility to reschedule the course within 1 YEAR from the original course date should a student be unable to attend.
Additionally, items that have been discontinued are also classified as FINAL sale.
