Lash Protocols and Standards

Before scheduling an appointment, we recommend creating an account, which can be done in the top left corner where it says "login." Timing is crucial for maintaining your lash extensions. We recommend fills every 2-3 weeks. However, if you come for a fill after the 3-week (24-day) mark, it will be considered a full set.
Please be aware that we do not fill lashes done by other technicians. If you currently have lash extensions done by another technician, kindly book a removal service along with a full set. To ensure a smooth and high-quality experience, we request that clients arrive promptly at their scheduled appointment time. In the event of tardiness, your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although the "lashing" time may be impacted due to time constraints.
Since we often operate with a single technician, early arrivals may not always be accommodated as the technician may be with another client. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked, so please remember to double-check your email's "junk" or spam folder for this confirmation email.
Lastly, please take note that our deposit policy applies to eyelash extension appointments. These deposits are an integral part of securing your booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances. This means that once you have placed a deposit to reserve your appointment, it cannot be refunded or returned, regardless of the reason for any changes or cancellations. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to this policy, as it allows us to effectively manage our scheduling and provide the best service to all our valued clients.

Course Regulations

In addition to the general deposit policy, please be aware that course deposits are also non-refundable. These course deposits are specific to educational courses offered by Iced Lashes and are non-transferable to other products, services, or any offerings listed under our brand. However, should you need to reschedule a course, the deposit can be transferred to another available date. This transfer option is exclusively applicable to course bookings.
For our courses, it's crucial to note that participants are responsible for providing their own models unless specified otherwise. If a model is required for the course, we offer a model-finding service on our terms, which carries a $25 charge. By ensuring that you bring your own model or choosing our model-finding service, you contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our courses.

Payment Options

We accept debit cards, Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Apple Pay as payment methods, but please note that we do not accept cash payments. In addition to these traditional payment options, we also offer the convenience of using Sezzle, a "buy now, pay later" platform, for both products and course payments. Please be aware that a 13% tax will be added to all transactions to comply with tax regulations. Deposits for both lash appointments and course trainings are non-refundable under any circumstances to ensure fair scheduling.
