Arrive On Time
We ask our clients to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality eyelash extension experience with the technician. If late, your scheduled service fee will remain the same, although you're “lashing” time may be affected due to time constraints.
I operate out of a home-based studio; please be mindful, I may not be able to accommodate early arrivals as I could be with another client.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be rescheduled at our discretion. Please take into consideration of traffic time and parking.
Cash & e-transfer are accepted
We will not perform refills on other eyelash technician’s work. This will compromise the quality and product of ICED LASHES. If you currently have eyelash extensions, they must be removed before receiving your first new set with us. Therefore, you will need to book for a REMOVAL + FULL SET.
We understand unexpected circumstances can occur and due to unforeseen events, you may not be able to make your scheduled appointment. In the fact of this happening and you may need to postpone your date, we appreciate that you would provide us with 48 hours notice.
Failure to provide notice or show up will result in you being listed, & unable to rebook with ICED LASHES.
