Cancellation Policy

+ Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another appointment if rescheduled up to 48 hrs before previously scheduled appointment time. ***( this does not apply to courses ) If you are cancelling due to sick reasons or COVID realted situations, you must wait 14 days to re book or show proof of a negative COVID test to reschedule without facing a penalty & losing your deposit!
