Service Description

Book a complimentary consultation to determine the most suitable hair service for you. We will color match your hair and determine the appropriate length and quantity of hair extensions required for the day of installation. Once we have established these details, a deposit is required. This consultation is an opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have at no cost.

Cancellation Policy

+ Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another appointment if rescheduled up to 48 hrs before previously scheduled appointment time. ***( this does not apply to courses ) If you are cancelling due to sick reasons or COVID realted situations, you must wait 14 days to re book or show proof of a negative COVID test to reschedule without facing a penalty & losing your deposit!
